Price ranges published on this site are general guidance for this area and are not offers. Any figure given by phone or from photographs is preliminary. The binding number is the written estimate provided after an in-home visit and approved by you before work begins. Where conditions discovered during the work change the scope, we will stop and agree the change with you in writing before continuing.
Start and completion dates are targets, not guarantees. Material lead times, weather on exterior work, and conditions found during the job can move them. We will tell you promptly when a date changes.
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, to arrange access including gate or HOA authorisation where needed, to clear the work area of personal items, and to disclose known hazards. Please keep children and pets away from the work area while work is in progress.
