The Temecula Valley and the communities around it grew from a handful of ranch towns into a metro area of several hundred thousand people in about thirty years. The result is a housing stock that is mostly the same age and mostly built the same way, which is why a homeowner in Menifee and a homeowner in Temecula so often want the same three projects.
We are based in Murrieta, in the middle of it, and every community on this page is within a short drive. Estimates are free in all of them.
The age of the house, mostly. Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake have older homes that need more careful work. The Murrieta and Temecula tracts from the 1990s are due for everything at once. The 2000s tracts in French Valley and Temecula are at the flooring-and-master-bath stage. And the new homes in Menifee and Winchester come with the builder's option list still to do.
