Along Winchester Road and out toward Diamond Valley Lake, new tracts open every season. A new home arrives with a clean slate and a long list of things the builder offered as expensive upgrades: ceiling fans, a tile backsplash, taller baseboards, a painted accent wall, garage storage, a closet system.
